Senior Red Team

Required:

  • 3-5 years experience doing “outside-in” blackbox assessments, WITHOUT the use of tools like core impact or metasploit pro
  • experience attacking homogenous environment (windows, linux, mac)
  • Scripting capabilities, some light automation experience (python and bash would be nice)
  • Experience building tools/downloads from sourcecode, tweaking occasional make files
  • Operating capabilies across windows, linux, mac
  • Familiarity with pages/keynote/numbers (the apple ‘office tools’)
  • Basic (more would be better) networking experience and understanding of tcp and layer3 networking
  • Has stood up c2 infrastructure using multiple os’es, and platforms (metasploit, empire, pupy, merlin etc)
  • Basic to intermediate experience as a linux/osx user. Has worked with apache, nginx, mysql, postgres, bash, linux subsystems, osx subsystems. can read syslog.
  • Autonomous, doesn’t need hourly/daily pep talks or encouragement, can be aimed at a customer and is capable of obtaining shells without (much) guidance.
  • Highly resourceful

Would be nice:

  • Experience actively hiding from the blueteam, out outright evading them entirely
  • Has stood up c2 infastructure covertly to avoid detection by blueteams
  • Physical assessment work (covert entry, hardware implants, in-person social engineering)
  • A history as a sysadmin or a dev
  • History with basic operation of switches, routers and firewalls
  • Experience managing or heavy interaction with windows and/or osx environments
  • Some (light) familiarity with compliance frameworks (mainly for presales calls, discussions, and mentoning in reports)
  • Experience with ec2/aws and/or digital ocean a plus
  • Experience obfuscating payloads and making things “av proof” a plus

Business Development

Required:

  • Three to five years of previous experience in sales, relationship management, or related field
  • Identify and research prospective accounts, pursue leads and complete the sales cycle
  • Ability to conduct market research including marketing opportunities, key players, vertical competitors
  • Ability to Maintain relationship with these new prospects and current clients
  • Can build a strong understanding of our products and offerings
  • Is able to follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
  • Capable of preparing sales contracts and working with prospects on contract modifications
  • Can keep records of sales, invoices etc, sales pipeline management, conduct revenue forecasting
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
  • Abiilty to develop ways for improving the customer experience and building brand loyalty
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, or Apple/Google equivalents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Is comfortable in a 100% remote position and can function autonomously

Would be nice:

  • Worked in technology or some kind of security environment department before
  • Worked for other security companies in the past
